About the event

 South Carolina General Andrew Pickens’ role in the Revolutionary War will be the topic on Tuesday, April 8, 7:00 pm, at the Laurens County Museum, 116 South Public Square, Laurens, SC.  Historian and battlefield preservationist Durant Ashmore will speak on one of the most highly revered Patriots from South Carolina, Andrew Pickens.  The event is open to the public.  Museum members and youth are free to attend. There is a suggested donation of $5 for all others for museum support.
